1. Agreement to Terms

you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to

these Terms, you must not use our Site or engage our Services. These Terms constitute a

legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Realizm.ai ("Realizm.ai",

"we", "us", or "our").

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only, in accordance with applicable Indian

laws including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its

amendments. You may not use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).

• To knowingly transmit any data or material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms,

or other malicious programs.

• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use or enjoyment of

the Site.

3. AI-Generated Content - Important Disclosure

All video, image, and visual content produced and delivered by Realizm.ai as part of our

Services is generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies. By

engaging our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

AI-Generated Nature: All deliverables, including videos, images, and visual assets, are

created using AI-powered production pipelines. These are not filmed or photographed

through traditional production methods.

Usage as AI Content: The Client agrees to disclose, where required by applicable laws,

platform policies, or industry guidelines, that the content received from Realizm.ai is AI-

generated. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with any platform-specific

AI content labelling requirements (e.g., social media platforms, broadcasters, advertising

standards).

No Misrepresentation: The Client agrees not to misrepresent AI-generated content as

traditionally produced content in any context where such misrepresentation would be

unlawful, misleading, or in violation of applicable advertising standards.

Quality & Accuracy: While we strive to deliver high-fidelity, photorealistic AI-generated

content, Realizm.ai does not warrant that AI outputs will be entirely free from

imperfections inherent to AI generation technology.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including all information,

software, text, images, video, and audio — are owned by Realizm.ai or its licensors and

are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment of agreed fees, Realizm.ai grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-

transferable licence to use the delivered AI-generated content for the agreed purpose as

specified in the relevant Service Agreement. Realizm.ai retains the right to showcase

deliverables in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on this

Site without our prior written consent.

5. Services & Client Engagement

Service Agreements: All Services are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement

(MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) provided upon formal engagement. These Terms

govern your use of the Site only.

Confidentiality: Any brand assets, data, or proprietary information submitted to us will be

treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your

consent.

AI Tools & Commercial Rights: Realizm.ai uses only AI tools and models with verified

commercial-use rights. We ensure, to the best of our ability, that delivered content does

not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, as further detailed in your Service

Agreement.

6. Payment & Refunds

All fees are specified in the applicable SOW or invoice and are payable in Indian Rupees

(INR) unless otherwise agreed. Realizm.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate

Services in the event of non-payment. Refund eligibility will be governed by the terms

specified in the relevant Service Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Realizm.ai, its directors, employees,

and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential

damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, or from the nature of AI-generated

content including any unintended outputs, inaccuracies, or imperfections in AI-generated

deliverables.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Realizm.ai expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-

infringement, to the extent permitted under Indian law.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by

Realizm.ai. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content,

privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, e.g., Mumbai / Bengaluru / Delhi],

11. Changes to Terms
